  • You cannot pick up after hours. When dropping off after hours we have a key box drop off option that will be explained if needed on pick up.

  • No, as we only have one depot we only allow drop offs back to Taupo.

  • The customer pays for fuel.

  • We offer unlimited km’s at a rate of $0.07 per km.

  • Toll road can be made online by you using the registration of the vehicle hired or charges will be sent to you once the CVR office has received the invoice in the mail.

  • This deposit is refundable with a minimum 72-hour notice period before the booking date. Any cancellation thereafter or in the event of no-show the deposit amount is forfeited.

  • No and if pets are taken in the vehicle hired there may be an extra cleaning fee applied.
